Richard Pooley
Richard went to Harper Adams College where he attained a First Class Honours degree in Agriculture, specialising in plant physiology, crop improvement techniques, crop production systems, statistics and experimental design.
Following college Richard trained with ADAS attaining the BASIS, FACTS and BETA qualifications. Further experience was gained through employment with Morley and then TAG.
For the past 17 years Richard has worked as an arable farm consultant in Cambridgeshire working with both organic and mineral soil types. Richard’s expertise is in the agronomy of all combinable crops, sugar beet and potatoes, as well as having a keen interest in soil science and soil management.
